This week we chat about some small cost things that can be done
to your fix and flips or rentals that make a big impact. Walk
through your property as a buyer would and pick it apart. There are
some easy things to greatly improve first impressions, add value,
increase the sale price, or help with a quicker sale.
This conversation was spurred by one of our recent flips. When you walked down into the basement it was dark and dingy. A few hours and a couple of gallons of paint make it a usable clean storage space.
Basement floor example - $60 materials, $100 labor
Mainly a consideration in a retail flip, but don't forget
rentals need to be appealing also.
