Today’s guest is one of the most successful young professionals in real estate. At only 25, Raphael Vargas is the founder/CEO of multi-million dollar real estate companies Real Step and Real Empire. But his success didn’t come easily. After being robbed when he first started in real estate industry at the age of 21, Raphael Vargas put his head down and kept working. It all paid off when he made $30K on his very first wholesale deal, and in just three years, he had created a 7-figure real estate business. Using his unique business model, Raphael and his team now work together to close deals in one of the most competitive markets in the U.S., and they are on track to hit $10M annual revenue in 2019. He’s here to share his story and inspire you along your journey to real estate success. Welcome to the show, Raphael!
